Delivery Information

Important information to note:

Enjoy free delivery on orders above $40. $8 delivery fee applies on orders below $40
$25 delivery fee applies on ALL orders to Sentosa.
$15 delivery fee applies on ALL orders to CBD & Orchard
Please ensure that someone is home to receive the goods for the delivery time slot selected. If nobody is home to receive your order, our delivery personnel will send you a photo to inform you that goods have been left at the door. Graze Groceries will not be responsible for any loss/spoilage thereafter.
No changes to delivery slots are allowed.
Areas of delivery: Mainland Singapore & Sentosa, except Tuas, Free Trade Zones, Ports and Terminals.
Pickup from store timing: 9am-3pm
No delivery on Mondays. Delivery time slots regardless of PH:

Tue-Fri: 10.30am-1.30pm, (7.30pm-10pm $8 Surcharge (small token for our delivery personnel to support after hours)

Sat/Sun: 9am-12pm, 11am-2pm, 4pm-6pm
