Herbal Tea 涼茶 Ingredients Set

Consists of:

Water Chestnuts 马蹄

Pandan leaves 香兰叶

Oyster Plant leaves 红竹叶

Bamboo Cane 竹蔗

Directions: Simply wash the ingredients. Smash both the bamboo cane and water chestnuts with a chopper or knife. Bring a pot of water to boil and put all the ingredients in.  Amount of water varies according to taste preferences. Bring it back to a slow-boil for ~30 minutes.  Rock sugar is optional as the bamboo cane is a natural sweetener for the tea. Serve hot or cold.
